GR1866/98-9 made reference to the Pharmaceutical Soc., explaining that the matter, expenses, and why.
Send him paper of particulars, explaining as regards terms that the appointment will be Pensionable after 3 yrs if the officer gives satisfaction: and ask if he is prepared to recommend a candidate or whether we should advertise.
